• EXPRESS Shipping: International and national 24/48 business hours.
• REGULAR Shipping:
- Domestic: 24 Hours
- United States: 1-7 days.
- International: 5-10 days or more.
Orders will be processed within business days. AMQSfashion will send the tracking number when the order is shipped.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
We are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges for international procedures.
In case of damage or loss of the part during transportation, you must notify us within 10 business days after receiving your tracking number.
AMQSFASHION is not responsible if your package is lost or stolen in transit, although we believe we will do our best to help you recover your package.

Our policy is NO refund. WE ONLY ACCEPT size changes.
Changes
We only accept size changes. Not applicable for linen and accessories.
International customer has 8 days after purchase to submit an exchange. Local customers have 5 days after purchase to submit an exchange.
Discounted items
Only regular priced items can be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Changes
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at amqsfashion@hotmail.com and send your item to the return address.
Cancellations and cancellations
You can cancel or cancel your order at no cost, from the date it is placed until the moment before it leaves our warehouse. We will process the refund trying to follow the same method used when making the payment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from notification of cancellation.
Shipping costs
To return your product, you must send it to the return address found on the package.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
It is the customer's obligation that the product arrives correctly through tracked shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
